Q: What are the VP Feedback Terms of Service, Rules, Regulations?
As a member of VP Feedback you MUST follow the rules below to avoid your account getting flagged leading to banning you from VP Feedback.
NO Reselling of Products
The reselling of any product you receive through VP Feedback is NOT ALLOWED.
Reselling on Amazon or any other online platform is NOT ALLOWED.
Violators will be removed from the deals group and not welcome back again.
Q: How do I view all of my requests?
You can have a view of your products at the top left of the page, click the button “My Reviews”
Please do not apply for too many products.
Only request products that you are ready and willing to purchase.
What’s more, on the left of your account homepage, you can get your review list and get the detail process of your order.
Q:How do I see more details on a product?
To see more details on a product, including more information on pricing and a product description, you can simply click on the product image or title.
This will open a pop-up window with more details.
Q：What should I do when the amount of money doesn’t match with order?
Please stop your operation and contact with server.
Q：What should I do when I have question about the product?
Please contact with our service staff first before you leave a review if you have any question about the product. we will contact with seller for a negotiation way.
Q ：does the refund include the cost of product itself, paypal fees, taxes, freight and any other costs?
A : Refund is based on the amount marked on products page by us including pp fee, but tax, shiping fee or any other costs excluded
Q ：How it works if the order time is ahead of the application time? Is it Okay to use coupon?
A : If the order time is ahead of the application time, that means you purchased the same product from other website and can't leave the review again, no refund for this case.
Ordered with coupon code will deduct the discount amount from refund.
